With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
Position:
Administrative Assistant/Medical Receptionist Pay:
$18.30 to $22.24 per hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Location:
Lafayette, CO
JOB SUMMARY
The PACE Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every person that enters the PACE building.
TRU PACE
(Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) coordinates and provides all needed preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services so that older individuals can continue living safely in their community
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS 2
years of experience in a field such as Administrative Support, Customer Service, Receptionist, or similar required. Knowledge of health care delivery systems, regulations, quality assurance and medical and non-medical needs of the elderly preferred. Experience working with medical professionals in a day-center environment preferred. Good computer skills required including MS Word and Excel, and proficiency with patient emergency call systems preferred. Proficient in the use of all office equipment. Must comply with PACE health screening and immunization requirements including medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to staff, PACE participants and the general public. Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening.
