Front Desk We are a premier, midsize wealth management firm located in Littleton, Colorado. Our firm delivers personalized financial planning and investment strategies to high-net-worth families. We are seeking a full-time, in-office Front Desk / Client Associate to join our collaborative team. Position Summary As the first point of contact, you will manage our front office operations and provide critical administrative support. This role bridges client hospitality with back-office wealth management operations. It requires a high level of professionalism, strict confidentiality, and exceptional organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage the front reception environment. Direct incoming phone calls to appropriate advisory team members. Coordinate client hospitality, meeting room readiness, and incoming mail. Schedule client review meetings and manage complex advisory calendars. Input client data into the CRM system with high accuracy. Prepare account opening paperwork and assist with client onboarding. Qualifications Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative, reception, or customer service experience. Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with total discretion.
