Full Job Description Job Description:
The front desk served as the first point of contact for patients, handling administrative tasks, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations in the optical department.Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and triage appropriately to provide exceptional customer service. Accurately collect payments for contact lens evaluation fees Have knowledge of different types of contact lenses and manufacturers to properly order supplies and trials. Understand the basics of opticianry. Provide support in adjusting and selling as needed. Ability to multitask.Minimum Requirements:
One year of front office experience (medical office is a plus). High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to travel occasionally to our Lafayette location.BENEFITS
