About us We are a privately owned pediatric primary care practice with walk-in hours, searching for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist that understands that being a part of a small practice means that you can make a true impact in a child's life. We strive to live up to this motto every day and are looking for individuals that are willing to do the same. We're looking for the right Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Pediatric Practice. The candidate will be handling all incoming calls, answering questions and responding to customer inquiries. In addition, they will be required to arrange meeting schedules, coordinate events, prepare materials, organize mail and more. This is a full-time position with full benefits and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls in an efficient, friendly and respectful manner; answer patients' questions and accurately convey information to physicians and other staff. Perform clerical duties to include filing, copying, faxing and photocopying, entering data, checking fax for errors, etc. Work efficiently and accurately in handling patient insurance forms, phone calls, and correspondence. Follow-up on schedules for physicians, office staff and patients; maintain patient files to include all demographic information and insurance details. Maintain a clean work area; assist with general housekeeping duties. Must be flexible on your work schedule and must be able to work on Saturdays.
