What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance and process billing Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth office flow Maintain patient records and confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask ✅ Previous dental office or medical front desk experience preferred (but not required) ✅ Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.) is a plus ✅ Team player with a positive attitude
