Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a honest, motivated and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The front desk is also required to wash, dry and fold laundry (4 doors down from the lobby). A good eye and attention to detail required to identify stained linens and towels. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails with excellent phone etiquette, directing as necessary. Check reservations from online platforms (Cloudbeds, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) in online reservation system. Create new reservations from requests in-person, by-phone, and by-email. Ensure the lobby and front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. May include daily sweeping and mopping. Handle inquiries and provide information to guests about restaurants, activities, and events in Meeker and the surrounding areas. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Wash, dry and fold laundry in the laundry room. Sort stained linens for spot treatment. Requirements Previous experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar hospitality role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dependable, honest, and hardworking Attention to detail with strong clerical skills for accurate entry and record keeping.
