Front Desk Receptionist/Night Audit Super 8 Pueblo Pueblo, CO Job Details Part-time From $15.16 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building High school diploma or GED Front desk Hotel experience Full Job Description Needs 1 year experience in hospitality Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be always attentive, courteous and efficient in the dealings with the clients, guests, and all other employees. Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk according to standards. Answer all guests inquires (i.e. hotel services and amenities, the area, etc.). Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel. Comply at all times with compliance standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Focus on his/her role in contributing to guest satisfaction. Develop a team player attitude for good of the hotel. Always friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient in the dealings with guests. Be familiar with all policies and hotel rules, as well as hotel terminology. Develop full understanding of hotel amenities and services. Understand emergency procedures and be prepared to help when necessary. Ensure correct and accurate cash handling while at the front desk. Perform any other duties as requested by upper management. Be able to perform all duties of a Front Desk Agent. Respond to guest comments and concerns in a courteous, professional manner. Assists guest availability inquiries, or questions regarding travel plans. Notify Supervisor of unusual circumstances and situations. Monday thru Thursday 11pm to 7am 4 days a week. (Night Audit)
