Job Description

Come join our team as our new Front Desk Receptionist and get excited to be the welcoming face and presence our clients see first when they come into the office! VitalCare is expanding its team and looking for a kind, personable, communicative professional, with a talent for organization, time management, and administrative excellence to keep the client-facing portion of our office running smoothly - and to troubleshoot if it is not. VitalCare is a licensed non-medial home care agency based in Westminster, CO, and has been serving clients across the Front Range since 2017. Part Time Hourly:
You will have the ability to customize the majority of your schedule, making this a position that allows you the freedom to fill your time the way you choose. o Okay, but how many hours are we talking? Hours per week could range anywhere from 10-15, depending on the shifts you choose to pick-up. o Are there any times that I have to be available? Yep! We need someone who is available every Thursday from at least 4pm-8pm and Friday from 12pm-6pm. o What about preferred availability? We would love if you could also pick up shifts Mondays-Wednesdays from 3pm-8pm, but there can be some flexibility there. o
Hourly Rate:
Your time spent in the office will be compensated at a rate of $25/hour . o Will I be able to learn anything new there? Absolutely! We hold in-office training, such as CPI and ASIST, to give our teams new skills and resources. Interested in something like this? Talk to the Practice Manager about signing up! o What if I get sick? You will accrue 48 hours of sick time per year to use. o I have friends. We love friends! Refer them to VitalCare and enjoy up to a $300 bonus if they are hired and stay with us for 6 months! Do you think you + VitalCare = a great match? Let's find out! Here is what we are looking for: You are at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. You can work 10 - 15 hours per week, with Monday - Friday and afternoon/evening availability. Strong multi-line phone and call troubleshooting skills. Above average independence with a passion for autonomous work environments. You are highly organized and are great at prioritizing and managing your time while multi-tasking through a variety of tasks. You are punctual and reliable, with flexible availability. You can operate and maintain standard office equipment without issue. Utilizing office filing systems is a breeze. You look forward to strengthening your skills (and even learning new ones!) via in-office trainings and other educational opportunities, especially as it relates to maintaining a safe environment and assisting in crisis situations as needed. You have an awareness of your environment, and confidence in ensuring the safety of clients and team members. You are excited to help the Counseling Practice Manager with other tasks that may arise. You are willing to complete TB Screen at the time of hire and keep it up to date annually. Keeping yourself and others healthy by getting your annual Flu Vaccine is something you are comfortable with. You are fantastic at communicating (in person and in writing) and building strong working relationships with co-workers, clients, and families that you interact with regularly. As it is in any position, there is going to be some paperwork. This does not deter you, because you can complete insurance verifications (daily, weekly, monthly and/or in one-off instances), quality monitoring projects, document/form creation, or anything else that may be needed without breaking a sweat!

During patient arrival windows and phone hours, you'll be dependable as a consistent front desk presence. At the time you are checking in clients, you will also accept payment for sessions. Your energy, personality, and presence will allow you to contribute to a positive and inclusive environment. You will continuously be focused on anticipating the needs of the business, visitors, and team members. Throughout the day, you will answer phones, route calls, and take messages as needed, along with any other general operations of the phone system that are necessary. Maintaining client rooms and all common areas to ensure clean, safe, inviting environments will be a daily practice. You'll regularly take inventory of supplies, restock them, and request the purchase of items as they need replenishing. Whenever the need arises, you'll receive, sort, and distribute deliveries (groceries, laundry, supplies, mail, etc.). The best part?
