Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping administrative tasks organized and accurate. The right candidate will balance strong customer service skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly and welcoming office experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages accurately.
- Assist customers with completing quote-related forms and gather required information clearly and efficiently.
- Enter customer and service information into company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers in person and over the phone, helping resolve routine questions in a timely manner.
