Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and providing information on programs, schedules, and events Answering phones and customer questions Processing registrations, admissions, and payments Managing skate rentals and assisting with public skating and arena programs Checking locker rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and front desk areas Supporting opening/closing procedures and daily arena operations Customer service experience is a plus! We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, reliable, and people-focused Professional and team-oriented A strong communicator Organized and comfortable working independently Able to pass a background check Available to work evenings and weekends as needed If you enjoy working with people and being part of a busy ice arena environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
