We pride ourselves on delivering excellent dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant and a front desk Receptionist to join our team, if you are reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, Team player with a professional and positive attitude and enjoys working with people this will be the job for you Must be experienced with scheduling, have the ability to multitask. The ideal person will be mature & entergetic. An individual that is able to keep up with the daily tasks accurately and require minimal prompting from management. Knowledge of Dentrix is a must. Dental Office Receptionist responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar. Verify patient insurance and collect necessary documentation. Process payments and maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle general office duties such as filing, emails, and correspondence.
