Hartford, CT Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and callers, making a positive and lasting impression through exceptional customer service and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Assist with scheduling and basic data entry tasks

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a front-facing role, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
