Position Purpose:
Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our Medical Clinic . The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients. Bilingual Spanish preferred.What you will do:
Greets patients, verifies registration information, confirms insurance information, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Answers multi-line phone and triages calls Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department Assists Medical Assistant and works with other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of clinic.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred. Basic computer abilities. Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.Position Highlights and Benefits:
Per Diem- Possible 3
- 5 days per week. 8am
- 4:30pm
