Job Description
Overview LIVation is looking for a warm, friendly, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing health and wellness practice in Madison, CT. At LIVation, our focus goes beyond simply providing a service. We build relationships with our clients and work alongside them as partners in reaching their individual health and wellness goals. We're looking for someone who will become an important part of that experience - the friendly face that welcomes our clients, the helpful voice on the phone and the organized person behind the scenes who helps keep the day running smoothly. Duties Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive Answer phones and respond to client questions and inquiries Schedule and coordinate appointments Support our providers with day-to-day administrative needs Maintain organized client and office information Help keep the reception and client areas welcoming and organized Assist in general office responsibilities Work collaboratively with out clinical and wellness team Jump in and help wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly Who We're Looking For The right person for LIVation is someone who genuinely likes people. You are friendly and approachable, but also organized enough to keep track of details. You're dependable, comfortable communicating with clients and able to shift gears when a busy day doesn't go exactly according to plan.
