Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, managing phone lines, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage a switchboard with 1-10 phone lines, answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.
• Handle dictation tasks and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors regarding company policies and services.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with team members to address any urgent inquiries or issues.
• Support the coordination of mail, deliveries, and other front-desk logistics.
