Probate Paralegal

Busy probate practice in an established Manchester law firm is seeking a paralegal with experience in Probate, specifically decedent's estates.

Responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients in assembling asset and creditor information Drafting Probate Court forms Client contact and communication Preparing financial reports Assisting attorneys in moving estates towards final conclusion Experience with affidavit estates, full estates and estates with trusts is necessary, as is experience with timekeeping software, Excel, and turbocourt.

The ideal candidate should be:

Conscientious Organized Able to meet deadlines Able to communicate effectively with clients and other members of the probate team. This job will be full time, 35 hours per week, in person. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
