Job Description

Receptionist:
The primary role of the Receptionist is to greet, check-in and answer questions for guests and residents at the facility. They will assist with administrative tasks for all departments as needed. This position is per diem, and will be scheduled as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assists with administrative tasks as assigned by the Administrator, DNS or Business Office. Supervises and monitors front doors by checking in visitors, residents and staff who enter. Performs any other non-clinical tasks as instructed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, DNS, or other management staff. Maintains a positive, cheerful, patient, and respectful attitude to all co-workers, families, and residents. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of computers and different software preferred Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in acute care and/or long term care in a skilled nursing facility Experience in rehabilitation or behavioral health is a plus Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required
