Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Utilize office equipment and software efficiently to enhance productivity. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Experience in a medical receptionist environment is a plus but not required. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in Spanish are highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
