Receptionist New Milford, Connecticut We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Candlewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience in our facility.
Responsibilities:
Operate the switchboard and paging system to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls Greet and screen all visitors upon entering the building, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails Provide general assistance to staff members, patients, and families as needed Participate in team efforts to maintain a clean and organized reception area About the
