is a high-end auto detailing company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), and premium detailing — both in our studio and on the road. We treat every vehicle like it's our own, and we're looking for someone who'll treat every customer the same way. The Role We're hiring a Receptionist / Client Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our business. You'll manage all incoming communication, follow up with leads, and keep our schedule running smoothly so our techs can focus on the work. If you're organized, friendly on the phone, and quick to respond, this is for you. What You'll Do Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to text messages promptly and professionally Follow up with new leads from calls, texts, web inquiries, and social media Book and schedule clients, manage the calendar, and confirm appointments Answer questions about our services and pricing (we'll train you on the details) Keep client information and notes organized and up to date Coordinate between customers and our detailing team to keep everyone on the same page Handle general front-desk and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Strong phone and texting communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional Highly organized with great attention to detail Fast, reliable responder who doesn't let leads slip through the cracks Must be available to work weekends Comfortable with scheduling tools, basic computer/phone apps, and learning new software Customer-service or front-desk experience is a plus Interest in cars or the detailing industry is a bonus, but not required Why Work With Us Growing, locally owned business with a strong reputation Supportive team and a clean, professional environment Room to grow as we expand Ready to be the voice of ZDETAIL? and tell us why you'd be a great fit.

Pay:

$800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
