We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, reliable individual to join our Front Desk team!

Estimated Hours:

Two to three weekday mornings per week

Morning Opener Duties:

• Arrive at Surge at 4:45am to prepare for opening
• Before opening, walk through the business to ensure everything is tidy and ready for the day
• Open the business promptly and reliably

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all Surge members when they enter and exit
• Give tours of the facility and sign up new members
• Address the needs and questions of our members in person and over the phone
• Use our computer system daily to complete various tasks
• Participate in the cleaning and tidying of our facility

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Extremely friendly and upbeat
• Always punctual and reliable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to lift and move 45-pound fitness equipment
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
