Greet visitors and residents, answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department. Monitor who is entering and leaving the facility and report suspicious individuals to a supervisor. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, answer general questions, and ensure visitors follow facility policies. Dependable. Flexible, Pleasant Work well as team.
