Join BMW of Ridgefield as a Service Receptionist!
Location:
Ridgefield, CT Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Hourly Rate:
$20/hour Keeler is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our BMW of Ridgefield Service Department as a Service Receptionist. This position supports the front-line service team and assists with various clerical and administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service check-out processes following appointments Handle and reconcile customer payments, including cash, credit, and warranty transactions Support daily administrative operations and assist with follow-up communication to enhance client satisfaction Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
