Our mission is to provide holistic healthcare to as many people as possible, and this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. We are a close-knit, collaborative team that values kindness, communication, and supporting one another. As our practice continues to grow, we're excited to invest in someone who wants to grow with us and serve as a long-term part of our team. Schedule Weekday availability required between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional evening and weekend availability is a bonus 35-40 hours per week Compensation Starting at $20/hour Benefits Flexible paid time off Paid sick days As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to sponsor health insurance for our employees What You'll Do This is a dynamic role where you'll be balancing phones, patient check-ins, scheduling, and communication while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence.
Responsibilities include:
