GED Full Job Description Overview:
FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for your assigned CSOSA office — greeting and directing visitors, managing calls and messages, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties, all while ensuring the office operates smoothly and presents a professional image. On-Site:
This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, determine the nature of visits, and direct visitors to appropriate persons Record and transmit messages Keep records of calls placed Provide information to callers and visitors Make appointments Keep a log of visitors and issue visitor passes Perform other routine clerical workQualifications:
Required:
