Job Description

Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Receptionist for Plaintiff Personal Injury in Washington, D.C.An established firm based in Washington, D.C. with over 25 years in practice is seeking an experienced Receptionist with 2+ years of front-desk or office experience to support a busy plaintiff personal injury practice in Washington, D.C. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, callers, and visitors, requiring a polished and professional presence in a high-volume legal environment.
Offer:
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000+ depending on experienceFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with employer matchPerformance-based bonus potentialStable, long-tenured firm with a collaborative office culture
Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist or front-office experience, preferably in a legal or professional services settingFamiliarity with high-call-volume environments and multi-line phone systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanorProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technologyHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities
Responsibilities:
Answering and routing a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional mannerGreeting clients and visitors and managing the front-desk experienceScheduling appointments, maintaining conference room calendars, and coordinating meetingsHandling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and intake paperworkProviding administrative support to attorneys and staff and assisting with general office operations as needed
