Compensation:
$16.25-$17.50/hr (based on experience) Part Time 4:30pm-8:00pm | Every Other Weekend and Occasional Holidays PRN |
Occasional Weekends and Holidays Qualifications:
Previous clerical experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service Strong communication skills
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Greet and direct visitors or residents. Answer telephone promptly, direct calls and relay appropriate messages timely. Typing of documents and letters. Responsible for preparing, sorting and distribution of mail. Maintains assigned databases to support resident activities and committees. Ensures timely notification to appropriate team members of maintenance or emergency calls. Provides general clerical support to administrative team.
