Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling inquiries, managing phone systems, and performing various clerical tasks to support the office's daily functions. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and communication. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution. Skills • speak Spanish and English Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence. Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred. Solid customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Familiarity with Google Suite applications for administrative support. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Basic computer literacy to navigate office software and systems effectively.
