Job Description

At Sierra Animal Hospital, we treat every pet like family, providing comprehensive, professional, and compassionate care to the Apollo Beach community since 2008. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our proud AAHA accreditation—a standard achieved by only 15% of hospitals nationwide—and the 4.8-star Google rating showing our community's trust. This global benchmark for quality veterinary medicine covers everything from advanced surgery and diagnostics to client service and anesthesiology protocols. When you join our hospital, you will be joining a team recognized for its dedication, and this is your opportunity to do your best work alongside committed teammates. Joining Sierra Animal Hospital means committing to a culture where quality is paramount. As an AAHA-accredited hospital, our standards for patient care, cleanliness, surgical protocols, and exam facilities are regularly evaluated, ensuring you have the consistent infrastructure and professional environment necessary to succeed. We understand that your career aspirations are important. We foster an environment where our teammates are encouraged to pursue professional development and grow their skills. You will be supported by a unified leadership team focused on helping every person achieve their career goals in veterinary medicine. You will deliver high-quality, full-service small animal care with a specialized focus on Advanced Care and Orthopedics. You will be instrumental in implementing comprehensive medical programs spanning wellness and prevention, state-of-the-art testing and diagnostics, and complex surgical procedures. Our dedication to patient support is continuous, which is why we offer essential same-day urgent care visits for sick patients and emergencies, ensuring pets receive high-level intervention when they need it most. This environment provides the case diversity necessary for you to expand your medical capabilities. Sierra Animal Hospital is conveniently located in Apollo Beach, Florida. At Mission Pet Health, we do things a little differently! As part of our hiring process, we invite candidates to complete a short online assessment so we can better understand your skills and strengths.
