Bilingual Service BDC/Receptionist Bonita Beach Mitsubishi in Bonita Springs, FL is looking for an organized and reliable bilingual individual for a full-time Service BDC/Receptionist. Applicants must have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with our customers. Strong multi-tasking abilities are essential. Some experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle appointment setting for inbound phone calls Follow up with existing customers to generate appointments Make outbound calls, return email and voicemails, and other administrative functions. Handle a high volume of outbound calls Contact customers to confirm appointments
