We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves people, and wants to grow into leadership. You will be the first impression , the schedule protector , and the experience leader for every patient who walks through our doors. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY
Welcome patients with energy and professionalism Manage scheduling and patient flow Check patients in and out efficiently Answer phones and guide new patients Handle payments and financial conversations Support doctors during busy shifts Maintain organization of front desk systems Ensure every patient feels cared for
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $45,000 starting (based on experience) Performance raises Growth into leadership roles Paid training 401k Health insurance contribution Paid time off Stable Monday-Friday schedule No weekends After 90 days high performers may earn: Performance raises Shift flexibility Leadership opportunities

Monday
  • Friday 7:30 AM
  • 12:00 PM 1:40 PM
  • 6:00 PM Training will be in the Fort Myers location No weekends No late nights
