Responsibilities:

Checking dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and grooming Answering phones and responding to client questions Scheduling appointments and managing reservations Processing payments and ensuring services are entered accurately Communicating clearly with groomers, kennel staff, and management Monitoring client accounts, vaccines, and service notes Maintaining a clean and welcoming front lobby Assisting with daily operational flow and customer experience

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes Reliable transportation Weekend availability required Previous receptionist, veterinary, kennel, daycare, or grooming experience is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Part-time Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available Flexible scheduling between two front desk hires
