Front Desk Receptionist Part Time

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic front office coordinator to become part of our amazing administration team at our Performing Arts Academy, working from Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm. We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, and pays great attention to detail. Ideal candidates should have experience working a very busy front desk, be comfortable with Gmail and Word, and have basic but strong technology and computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are crucial. A professional appearance is required. This role involves juggling multiple responsibilities at the front desk simultaneously in a very loud and lively, fast-paced environment. The position also requires frequent movement. Any physical limitations will be difficult. A strong background in message taking and clear communication is necessary. Being reliable and dependable is essential. Our front desk coordinators are true professionals, and maintaining a polished look is very important. The ability to excel in a bustling and crowded setting is vital.
