Minimum Requirements:

Adherence to the company's business casual dress code. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, including email and calendar management. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working at a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Your Day as a Ron Jon Receptionist... Greet visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Monitor building access for visitors, vendors, and maintenance providers. Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations and Accounting teams. Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail for the Post Office. Assist with additional office duties and special projects as needed.
