In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the office. Your energetic and organized approach will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We value proactive communication, technical proficiency, and a friendly demeanor to support our team's success. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and ensure a professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, route messages accurately, and provide excellent customer service. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic administrative tasks using productivity software such as Boulevard. Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment. Handle correspondence via email and phone communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment or front desk role with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including technical proficiency with office management software. Strong communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
