This position is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, following up with leads, and helping turn inquiries into booked appointments.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and checking in clients
  • Answering phone calls, texts, and client inquiries
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Following up with new and existing leads
  • Helping convert inquiries into tattoo and piercing appointments
  • Collecting deposits and processing payments
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Keeping the front desk organized and professional
  • Supporting the artists and piercers with scheduling
  • Helping promote studio services and products What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident and comfortable with sales
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable following up with clients by phone and text
  • Able to multitask in a busy studio environment
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience preferred
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay:
$15/hour + commission opportunities This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by both customer service and sales.
