We're looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to keep the front of the shop running smoothly on our busiest days. What You'll Do Greet clients and make them feel at home Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments Manage walk-ins and the waitlist Answer phone calls, texts, and online messages Process payments and handle the register Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and tidy Coordinate with barbers to keep the day on schedule What We're Looking For Warm, professional, and great with people Organized and able to multitask when it gets busy Comfortable with basic computers and booking apps Reliable, punctual, and available every Saturday and Sunday Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person How to Apply Send your resume or a short intro to [email], or stop by the shop at [address] and ask for [name].
