Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing front desk activities, data entry, and appointment setting to support the efficiency of our organization. The position offers an engaging environment where professionalism and attention to detail are highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for staff and clients. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and managing office supplies. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times. Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to office administration is a plus. Work with and manage HOA's.
