to join our veterinary team. This vital role involves providing exceptional client service, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting the veterinary staff with administrative and clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong animal handling skills, veterinary terminology knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive client experiences. Duties Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming environment Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently Collect payments Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and manage correspondence Maintain detailed patient records with attention to confidentiality and accuracy Assist with kennel management, animal husbandry, and pet care as needed Support veterinary staff with animal restraint, animal catheterization, and aseptic techniques during procedures Manage laboratory samples and assist with laboratory experience tasks Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinical spaces Experience Previous veterinary experience or related animal care background preferred Knowledge of veterinary critical care procedures and animal anatomy beneficial Experience with dog handling, animal restraint, and pet care techniques essential Familiarity with veterinary terminology, laboratory procedures, and aseptic techniques advantageous Kennel experience, animal husbandry skills, or equine experience are a plus Pet grooming, dog training, or pet grooming experience is desirable but not mandatory Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate attitude are essential for success in this role Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners by providing outstanding service in a professional veterinary environment.
