Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer service Have experience in an animal hospital or pet related (preferred) Experience with Kennel Connection software is a plus Answer phones, schedule reservations, and perform data entry Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as needed Send appointment reminders and update vaccine records Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments) Keeping the reception area clean at all times
