We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is professional, reliable, and enjoys creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and appointment coordination with professionalism and warmth. We're looking for someone who is bilingual, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills . Key Responsibilities Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle payments, balances, and cash transactions with accuracy and integrity Provide exceptional customer service to all patients Maintain the front area clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with scheduling, phone calls, and administrative support Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Responsible and trustworthy handling money and patient information Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude Prior dental office experience required, including a strong understanding of treatment planning and overall dental workflows. Tech-savvy and have hands-on experience using Open Dental, with the ability to navigate the system confidently and efficiently.
