Job Description
Professionalism, sincerity, integrity, being a team player, accountability and customer service driven is required. The ability to easily navigate on a computer is important. We are the #1 hotel on Tripadvisor for the island so expectations will be high. Willing to train right applicant. This position is not just a greeter as this position wears many hats within the hotel operations I.E laundry, cleaning, computer, guest interaction, bar help, etc. Front desk staff is barely sitting at the desk, will be on their feet majority of the shift. Applicants that tend to request multiple days off should not apply. Common Sense is key. There are only a few of us here so everyone's role is vital to the success of the hotel. We are taking our time finding the right applicant so if this ad is still posted, we have not filled the position. Position is full-time. We are currently looking for someone to work 4-5 shifts (shifts range from 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm). Flexibility is a bonus! We are a nonsmoking property. No phone calls or drop-ins.
