Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct them appropriately using proper phone etiquette. Handle front desk responsibilities including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence efficiently. Organize office supplies, maintain cleanliness of the reception area, and ensure all office equipment functions properly. Support calendar management for staff by scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments with attention to detail. Assist with general administrative duties including typing reports, managing emails, and supporting team members as needed. Skills Bilingual proficiency in spanish and english with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Experience answering phones on multi-line systems with professionalism and courtesy. Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document preparation. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong client communication abilities.
