The office may have periods of significant downtime, particularly during evening and weekend shifts. Employees are welcome to study, complete homework, read, or work on school assignments during downtime , provided they remain attentive to the front desk and immediately handle visitors, telephone calls, and assigned responsibilities. Student-Friendly Position We understand that many qualified candidates are also students. During periods when there are no clients, calls, administrative assignments, or other front-desk responsibilities requiring attention, employees may study, read, complete homework, or work on school assignments at the front desk. The expectation is simply that the employee remains attentive, presents a professional appearance, and immediately prioritizes office responsibilities whenever needed. For the right person, this can be an excellent opportunity to earn income while attending school and gain experience working in a professional law office. What Matters Most to Us We can teach you our phones, intake system, scheduling procedures, and office processes. What we cannot teach is reliability . If you are scheduled to open or cover the office, we need to know that you will be there on time and ready to work. We're looking for people who are dependable, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely comfortable interacting with clients. How to Apply Please submit your resume along with the following: Your general weekly availability Whether you are primarily interested in Daytime, Evening, Weekend, or Flexible shifts Whether you are currently attending school and, if so, your program or area of study Your preferred number of hours per week Whether you speak any languages in addition to English We are hiring for multiple positions and expect to create consistent schedules based on each employee's availability.
