About Us We are a growing veterinary hospital in Fort Meade, Florida, dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join our team. This position goes beyond traditional reception duties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the hospital, helping ensure both the front desk and administrative functions run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Client Service Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Check clients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate records Support communication between clients and the medical team Qualifications Previous experience in reception, customer service, office administration, or veterinary/medical environments preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with clients while also taking an active role behind the scenes. We are looking for a team member who is organized, dependable, resourceful, and eager to contribute to the overall success of the hospital.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
