For over 20 years, we have helped clients in the construction industry protect their lien and payment rights. The Role We are looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in accuracy, and can take initiative. As our Receptionist / Order Entry Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Create a welcoming office environment by greeting coworkers and visitors in a positive and professional manner.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the company system.
  • Carefully review names, addresses, property information, project details, and other order information for accuracy.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and communicate with the appropriate person when clarification is needed.
  • Assist with general customer service and administrative duties like returned mail.
  • Manage daily responsibilities without requiring constant supervision or reminders.
  • Take initiative by identifying the next task that needs attention and helping where needed.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and arrive to work on time and ready to begin the day. What We're Looking For
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Computer savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Professional on the phone and comfortable directing calls.
  • Able to reliably commute to the office Monday-Friday.
  • Organized and responsible with daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with lien processes or document recording is a plus (training provided).
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office and online databases. Benefits
  • Starting pay: $17.00/$18.00 Hr
Hours/days:
Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
    PTO:
    2 days after 90 days, 3 additional days after a year (5 total)
