The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and supports daily spa operationsthrough appointment scheduling, guest communication, payment processing, retail sales, andadministrative assistance. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner. Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and accurately. Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments using the spa booking system. Educate guests about spa services, packages, enhancements, promotions, and policies. Recommend appropriate services and assist guests in selecting treatments based on their needs. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Process payments, gift cards, gratuities, discounts, and other transactions accurately. Maintain accurate guest profiles, appointment notes, and contact information.
