Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys supporting multiple departments. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to emails and general inquiries. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Maintain an organized reception area and conference rooms. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing company documents. Assist with order processing and administrative paperwork. Support Sales, Accounting, Admin, Compliance, and Management as needed. Maintain office supplies and place supply orders. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, CRM systems, or ERP software a plus.
