Our location in Hobe Sound Location needs you to keep all things organized like client files, business invoices, office supplies, calendar appointments and phone messages. Must like to interact regularly with young adults, teens, donors and volunteers while performing receptionist duties. Data is one of our important resources. Working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint preferred. Position requires Associates Degree or more than 3 years in an administrative role.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:00pm, Friday 9am-5:00pm Assist staff with administrative duties, as requested. Provide reception duties, including answering phones. Set appointments for therapists, greet clients and handle payments for services. Distribute mail. Assist with the preparation of memos, correspondence, reports and other documents; Assist with copying and filing. Order office supplies and monitor inventory. Schedule, calendar and organize meetings and events. Prepare meeting agenda, material and notices; Distribute meeting minutes. Participate in disaster or emergency-related duties, as needed. Provide support to team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
