Greeting guests and directing them appropriately Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department Able to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image Assist with administrative duties which include: Data Entry Keeping Accurate Records Organizing Files/Records Requirements Receptionist Experience is NOT Required Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills Keep Accurate Records Detail Oriented Time Management Skills Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas Ability to be a Team Player Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
